Moving onto a more somber and heartfelt note is ironically one the most action based franchises in movie and cinema history. If you are not aware however one of the franchise's main actors Paul Walker sadly passed away in a car accident a few years back and this was the first ever movie in the franchise that Paul Walker wouldn't be a part of. So any of us could assume that there would be a touching tribute to the actor in the movie however viewers were not ready for such a tear jerker of a tribute and send off to a beloved actor. This song See You Again was written for the furious 7 movie and it was perfection the way the song turned out. The lyrics and instruments in the song just felt so genuine and down to earth and it felt directed at the passing of a friend because this song was actually written about Paul Walker's passing. It's not very often that you get a song in a movie that was based on events that took place in the real world and even more rare for that song to be as good as this one is. This song means a lot in the movie and in real life due to the fact that not only were the characters in the movie saying goodbye to Paul's character, the actors themselves were also saying goodbye to one of their friends. This is why cinema and music hold so much power over human emotion. Yeah the fast and furious series may be known for the fast cars, beautiful women, and the action sequences but it will also be remembered for being genuine and down to earth when it needed to be and this song is a true example of this genuine feeling.
